“Healthy Business Management” is a corporate welfare program in which employees can receive aroma treatments and body care services on par with luxury hotel spas at conference rooms, etc. Beds, towels, aroma oils, and other necessities for the service will be prepared by our company. We require only the use of office space such as a conference room to provide services on par with luxury hotel spas right in the office. By adopting our “Healthy Business Management” service, employees of the company will no longer have to make appointments and go to a relaxation salon to receive a professional service. They can now just go to a therapist at the office to have a relaxing moment and change of pace, and can expect improvements in focus and work efficiency. Consultations by the therapist before the service include a stress check, so that sleep deprivation and unseen physical ailments can be prevented. In addition, adopting a welfare program considerate of employees will increase the appeal of a company and help in recruitment. While going to relaxation salons after work or during the weekends is refreshing, it results in coming home late at night or having to head out in time for the reservation on weekends. As such, it is not uncommon for the busy employees to feel the time spent by going to the salon is wasted or it actually does not contribute to the change of pace. CRED INTERNATIONAL’s “Healthy Business Management” service is a share-service to cut travel and reservation time, thereby contributing to the effective utilization of the valuable time of the busy workers of today.
We take detailed care and we are insured up to ¥100 million by AIG General Insurance, in case of any risk to the corporation.
There will be no lingering aromas or stains because we use waterproof sheets, so the room can be used as a regular conference room immediately after the treatment.
Foldable beds, oils, and bath towels, etc. used for the treatment will be prepared by our company.
(We require companies to store the beds for the duration of the contract. Dimensions when folded: 93 cm long, 70 cm wide, 13 cm thick)
Our therapists are all highly experienced professional hotel spa therapists with great hospitality who have passed our company’s proprietary recruitment criteria. In addition to requiring the staff to have national certifications and certifications in cosmetology, we also implement periodic etiquette seminars at CRED INTERNATIONAL.
